Matt has significant experience of working with young athletes in an elite rugby academy and school setting with Worcester Warriors Rugby Club and Bromsgrove School.
Matt ran a periodised nutrition education programme for young academy players from the U15 age group up to the U18 age group and the senior academy at Worcester Warriors Rugby Club.
This was a highly innovative programme incorporating one on one consultations, seminars for parents and players, cooking demonstrations and supermarket tours.
Matt introduced nutrition focused sessions for pupils competing in a range of sports from athletics to swimming, football and netball s well as a highly individualised Nutrition Consultancy service.
Expert Sports Psychologist
Kearnan is a former professional rugby player who played a total of 14 seasons for Leeds, Sale Sharks, Wasps and represented England in 2013.
At the peak of his playing career he experienced a period of severe depression and came close to taking his own life.
From this low point Kearnan began studying mental health, completing a Masters in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health and is now at the University of Oxford doing a PhD in Psychiatry with a focus on using mindfulness to improve performance and mental health in elite sport.
Scott's passion for youth development has been evident throughout his career. In every coaching role he's had responsibility for the physical development of maturing athletes as a professional strength and conditioning coach, since 2003.
He worked with Premiership rugby union team Sale Sharks, and the Guinness Premiership in 2006, boasting academy graduates like Mark Cueto, Andy Titterell, Charlie Hodgson, Richard Wigglesworth and Ben Foden.
After spells at Doncaster Knights, and Worcester Warriors, Scott crossed from Rugby to Premier League football with Stoke City, before gaining an opportunity to coach some of the best cyclists in the world as part of British Cycling, leading the Paralympic program in the run-up to the Rio games in 2016. He combined this with the expansion of British Cycling's "Rider Route" with responsibility for a national network of over 160 centralised and junior cyclists aged between 16 and 23.
Strength & Conditioning Expert
With 20 years experience developing athletes in their Elite environments, James has worked in Premiership Academies coordinating conditioning and medical departments to produce elite athletes as well as performance programs to ensure athletes reach their full potential, including performing at international level, World Cups and representing the British Lions.
He has first hand experience of coaching at Premiership and International level at both age group and senior level including 6 Nations, World Cup and a Premiership winning side.
James understands the academic demands placed on Athletes from working closely with Oxford University, and has a passion for ensuring Athletes can achieve on and off the field, by ensuring that the pressures on young Athletes are managed, understood and carefully controlled by those working with them.
Founder & Head Coach
Kyle is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) currently working towards full-chartered status. Progressing from county to professional level has allowed him to understand the holistic effect of sport on an individual.
He is passionate about helping aspiring athletes unlock their mind by understanding the physiological factors crucial to high performance.
He focuses on supporting Athletes by enhancing their well-being and self-awareness, developing effective strategies to help them to thrive on their journey to success, whether that be in sports, education, career or life experiences.
