With over 14 years in the organisational training & development industry Michelle is a highly
experienced and successful consultant / facilitator. Specialising in people skills and behaviours,
Michelle has worked with numerous national and international organizations working at all levels
of management from first line supervisors to board level.
Michelle’s work focuses on designing and delivering bespoke training
and development initiatives aimed at transforming culture through
raising awareness of the impact that values, attitudes, beliefs and
behaviours can have on the success of the organization. Michelle’s
