What We Do


Our work is all about individual, team and organisational development. Working from the outset with the customer to analyse needs and agree clear objectives, G2G then tailor the appropriate programme to achieve these. The approach can be to deliver stand-alone courses (1 - 5 days,) or to implement a series of modular programmes covering a range of development objectives.

G2G uses the Insights DISCOVERY model as a framework with which to underpin all of the course or modular workshops. Each individual receives a comprehensive Personal Profile, which both drives and reinforces the key learning's for the individual and team. The DISCOVERY framework is fun and interactive and helps individuals understand their own personality and their perceptions of and impact on others. Above all G2G provide feedback, learning points and coaching for individuals so that sustainable and effective development takes place.

At a team level, the DISCOVERY FULL CIRCLE model is used to gain a comprehensive and non-threatening framework for LEADERSHIP development. It brings personal feedback to life in a way that is engaging and inspiring.
