G2G Training is a pioneering training and organisational development business established by two leading professionals with extensive commercial, training and development expertise.

G2G hold the belief that the people in any organisation hold the real key to making a difference. Our focus is on providing the stimulus, frameworks and environment to help individuals improve effectiveness and therefore improving their performance at work.

G2G works closely with all customers to ensure training needs are aligned with business objectives and culture. Working as trainers, facilitators and coaches we focus as much on individual self-awareness and responsibility as we do on moving the team forward through the collective impact from all the team members.

Our programmes have core elements centered around individual learning, team dynamics, group behaviours and leadership but each one is tailored to meet the exact requirements of the customer. Programmes are underpinned through the integration of the world respected Insights DISCOVERY profile provided to all participants. Combined with one to one coaching the Personal Profiles form a critical resource and learning framework for all individuals to improve their own awareness, understand their impact on others and to help make profound changes in their effectiveness.
